Moving Violations
If you have been cited for more than 2 moving violations in one year, you are facing a license suspension or revocation. Examples:
- 3 speeding tickets in one year
- 5 surchargeable events within three years
- 7 surchargeable events within three years
- 12 moving violations or 3 major moving violations within 5 years
